Returns and Money Back

1. Terms are net 30 days upon approved credit. All other terms are via business check, or prepaying via business check, credit card, or wire transfer.
2. ABC Plastics, Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damages in excess of the purchase price of our products sold.
3. All claims must be made within 10 days receiving.
4. All returned items must be in same new condition as when shipped.
5. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. Customer must call us at 818-775-0065 to get return approval before returning.
7. Items approved for return must be returned within 12 days of receiving.
8. Customer is responsible for returned freight cost.
9. If paid by credit card, please allow 3 to 5 days for refund to show back on your credit card

You can also request for credit instead of refund.

Credit will be available immediately upon approval.
